Aluminum Close-Tolerance Fabrication

Our CNC machines range from 4 axis with working lengths of 21' to 14' for the ones dedicated solely to aluminum, along with smaller 3 axis CNC machines that are suitable for high volume output while maintaining tight tolerances.

Automation

Our automated welding capabilities can provide a reliable solution for welding a wide variety of extrusions, incoming part variability, production and quality requirements.

Manual Skilled Labour

The TCS Manufacturing Welding Division is certified CWB and fabricates in accordance to CWB W59 with qualifications under W47.2 certification of companies for fusion welding of aluminum that guarentees quality for all your aluminum fabrication.

Re-Manufacturing

Re-Manufacturing is made possible by focusing production designed to refurbish customer equipment to be re-capitalized by ensuring that is has an extended lifecycle vs the 3-5 month lead time for new equipment sourced overseas.

Testing, Prototyping & Design

From testing with our engineering partners to complete design and development with 3D printers to solid prototypes in aluminum, we validate our products and production process' to offer the best ROI for our clients.

TCS Manufacturing was developed years ago as we identified a major gap in the supply chain of equipment in the GTA, Ontario and Canada. TCS Manufacturing has identified the need for local manufacturing of equipment and components to diversify and simplify the sourcing for a more reliable supply chain model.

We offer complete aluminum fabrication with automated and manual welding, machining, custom fabrication and assembly. We serve a global customer base, our services cover everything from consumer repairs and modifications, to complete new designs including structural components.
